weather or after a cancelled flight is a pain. You'll wait on hold
because everyone else is trying to get through. Overseas agents might
not be as busy, so give them a call instead.

might be able to help you. They have access to the same ticketing
systems. The US callers won't be slamming their systems trying to find
alternate flights. It's a bit of an "evil" trick, but when you're
desperate, it might be handy to have in your back pocket.
